Recipe of 14 tasty dishes made from air fryer
Fried chicken with oil-free honey and an air fryer
- Chicken drumstick
- Mam, seasoning, salt and pepper sauce

- 3 spoons

- Lean 500gr ground meat
- Small 12-fruit tomatoes

- Fish sauce, pepper, seasoning seeds.
- Marinate lean meat from the shoulder with chopped dried onion, fish sauce, pepper and seasoning seed.
- Tomatoes select small fruits that are cut round, grated. Spoon the sour meat into it. Remember to rub the meat for the meat to grip beside the tomatoes.
- Set aside in an air fryer. For 20 minutes set mode to 200 degrees.
Banana roasts honey with air fryer:
- Mature banana with 5 fruits
- Honey, lemon juice with 1 fruit
Peel the bananas for 15 minutes in an air frier 180 degrees, or 200 degrees. Then open the pot, and spread the banana with honey and lemon juice. Bake another 5 minutes. Bake for another 5 minutes and open the pan again.
French fries and an air-fryer
This is the most simple to cook food. You dont have to cook as much as just a couple of sliced potatoes with some seasoning and an air fryer.

- Peel the potatoes, and cut to taste in small bits.
- For at least 30 minutes, soak the potatoes in a bowl of warm water, remove the potatoes and pat dry with a tissue.
- In a bowl, pour 1⁄2 teaspoon of olive oil, add the potatoes and mix well until the potatoes are filled with oil. Or if you dont have olive oil, you can use the fries that are available commercially.
- Then put the potato pieces in the basket and start frying.
With 1 kg of potatoes, a fixed temperature of 180 degrees is the equivalent of 24 minutes time.
The fried sausages with an air fryer
It is certainly everybodys favorite, including myself. Eating a skewer of chili sauce is extremely wonderful in cold weather like this. And especially, if youre afraid of grease, you can now use the air fryer to fry the delicious and fast sausages.
Prepare the number of German sausages youve eaten, thaw and knead the little strips around the sausages, then put the sausages in the air fryer. Turn on the fryer at a temperature of 180 degrees, and depending on your taste for about 6-8 minutes.

- 1 kg potato
- Okra: 300 grams
- 2 Shrimp Satay Teaspoons
- 2 spoonfuls of cashew oil
- 2 cups of honey
- Wash dry potatoes. Ingredient marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Cut into canned okra
- Bake 200 degrees with an air-frier for 12 minutes.
Enjoy this delicious dish with a bit of chili or salt and pepper sauce, plus a cold glass of coca is perfect.
Grilled chicken in an air fryer with fruit and vegetables
- A chicken headed, about 1.2-1.5 kg

- Finally, blend together the honey + lemon, add to the chicken skin with the silicon brush and turn on for another 3 minutes to crispy the fragrant skin.
Teriyaki marinated with salmon in an air fryer
Materials to prepare:
- Salmon 200 g
- Unagi sauce (sauce with eel)
- Sauce with yakiniku (yellow barbecue sauce)
- Soy kikoman sauce
- Seasoning wine
- Alcoholic Mirin
- Marinate: 2 cups of soya sauce, 2 cups of sake, 2 cups of mirin, 2 cups of unagi sauce, 2 cups of yakiniku sauce, 1.5 cups of sugar. Marinate for at least 2 hours, add 1 more tasty marinade
- Bake gold on both sides of the oven
- Bake for 3 minutes, 180 times
Make your garlic bread with an air fryer
Materials to prepare:
- A baguette
- Fresh 100gr Butter
- 0.5 small spoon of pepper salt
- Smelling freshly chopped
- Hairy garlic
- Medium to sliced bread
- Have a small pot prepared. Add 100 g butter to be melted
- Turn off the heat, add the chopped garlic, savor and pepper and stir well in the butter
- Then spread bread on one side of each cut
- Put in a 180 degree Celsius saucepan and bake 10 minutes
