Lobsang Yeshi (Campaign Coordinator), Tenzin Choeying (National Director, Students for a Free Tibet India), and Tenzin Tsundue (activist and marcher) were released from police custody this evening. They were the 3 remaining marchers in custody from the original group of 101 who were detained by Indian police on March 13th for participating in the March to Tibet. The three were warmly greeted by activists and supporters in McLeod Ganj waving Tibetan flags and cheering “Bhod Gyalo” (Victory to Tibet).

I have had the honour to join 20 Tibetans on a peace march through southern Germany.
We have been walking since last Sunday and are getting a great response from the media and the people on the streets !
We should be arriving in Munich on Saturday and will join up with a lot more exiled-Tibetans for the Tibetan Olympic Torch run through the city !

We Tibetans are so proud of all the marchers -& happy to hear of the release of the coordinators. Wish you all the success -let’s keep raising awareness of the real situation inside Tibet! bhod gyalo!
At the 3/10 March last year in Brooklyn & Manhattan, I had the priviledge of hearing Tenzin Tsundue speak. He said “Let’s not wait for things to happen on [their] own.” Tibetans and their supporters worldwide have taken his words to heart and are slowly upgrading this movement from an uprising to a full-blown revolution! Keep the momentum going and don’t let up! BHOD RANGZEN!!!!
I am glad to hear you got released from jail finally Tenzin.
As another freedom fighter jailed by our illegal nation state here in Aotearoa/New Zealand, I stand in solidarity with your struggle.
Ka whawhai tonu matou, ake ake ake! Whananga, whananga, mana motuhake! [roughly = we will fight forever and ever and ever! Revolution, revolution, autonomy!]
I miss you my friend.
Kia kaha, kia toa, kia manawanui.
