The march began around 8:00am from Naya Nangal and reached Baddal, Anandpur Sahib at 4:00pm, covering 28 kilometers. Many Gurdwara along the way invited the marchers to eat lunch with them. The marchers finally stopped to have lunch at one Gurdwara, which gave the hardworking cooks a little free time.
After half an hour of reaching Baddal, a storm hit the campsite and blew down all the tents and tore one.
