The Core Marchers are being held under house arrest in Jawalaji. They are refusing food and have called for Tibetans and supporters outside to keep working.
7:25pm – The Marchers are being presented to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate at the Judicial Court Complex in Dehra, District Kangra.

The Indian government has committed the most heinous disregard to the principles that Gandhi advocated and which helped secure the country’s indpendence from British rule. Sad day indeed for the entire world. My thoughts and prayers are with the core marchers and the supporters. Thank you, brethrens, and hold strong. The world is watching you.
Seeing the pictures (thanks David), one can’t help but feel the pain and tears well up in one’s eyes. Bhod Gyal lo! In San Francisco, we will do our part.
It is very unfortunate and disappointing that Tibetan freedom fighters are being denied the right to protest non-vilolently in the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi; in the land where ‘Satyagraha’ was born. I wonder what Gandhiji would have to say about this turn of events.
I will pray for the marchers, and their safety!
Bhoe Gyalo!
A few links where we can register our protest against the unjustified arrest.

it’s pretty shame that the indian medias are not able to cover the on going historic march from india to tibet.
and to bring up the reality in front of the world .we feel so sad about that.
free tibet.
Shame on the cowardly Indian and Nepalese Governments, not to allow the peaceful Tibetan protests. My thoughts are with all the marchers and I hope they can continue in this non-violent action. I also hope they remain safe. Rangzen!!
